Our office at Nairobi Business Park monitors construction projects, apartment blocks and commercial properties for owners in Kenya and in the diaspora — the United Kingdom, the United States, the Gulf, Europe and Australia. Visitations, purchases and worker records are logged on site and appear in your portal the same day.

Whether you are building in Nairobi, Kiambu, Kajiado, Machakos or anywhere else in the country, the record is the same: what was bought, what was used, what remains, what was spent and what has actually been done.
